In the Kit Calvert Restaurant

Brian has several new paintings on show in the Kit Calvert Restaurant in the Wensleydale Creamery, until the end of September. See here. The painting above is of Walden Meadow.

Painting the Dales

Exhibition of Brian's work alongside that of Ann Kerr in the Burtersett Hall.

In the Wensleydale Creamery

Brian Alderman is currently exhibiting paintings of the milking herds from local farms in the Dales in the restaurant of the Wensleydale Creamery in Hawes.

The painting above is 'Inquisitive Cows' (oil on canvas, 20" by 16", 2011). More from the exhibition can be seen here.

Autumn Colours

This is the poster we're using for our autumn art exhibition in the Burtersett village hall later this month. Coffee and free designer cup cakes to all who come along. Ann will be doing her usual teas and scones in aid of the Brooke Animal Charity.

On show in July

My work will next be on show in the Richmond Station Gallery at Richmond in Swaledale from July 26 for six weeks, as part of a large exhibition of mixed media by 200 Yorkshire artists.
